Stehleuchte aus Chrom und Messing von Deknudt Lighting, 1970er

817.00 EUR
This floor lamp features a halogen uplighter and was produced by Deknudt Lighting in the 1970s. This lamp is compatible with the wiring in countries other than Belguim, although it may be necessary to purchase different light bulbs suitable for local electricity. This Postmodern lamp has a minimal Neo-classical form. The rectangular plinth base is in chrome and has brass detailing. At the centre of the base there is a brass plate on which the stem sits. The stem also consists of brass and chrome, and the wiring runs through it. The shade at the top follows the same design as the plinth base, however the angles are exaggerated. This shade tilts 180 degrees forwards and backwards. The mechanism for tilting is made from solid brass, and functions smoothly. On the upper side the light bulb is protected by a glass cover. This lamp takes a standard tubular halogen light bulb up to 500 Watts. At present it is fitted, and was photographed with a new linear energy saving halogen tubular bulb up to 230 Watts, which was installed by Crompton Lamps. There is a working dimmer switch on the cord. The original maker`s label is retained on the base. - Additional dimensions: - Base alone: H 4.5cm x W 25.5 cm x D 17.5 cm - Reflector: H 8 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm
